Garek Thomann GT7: Warranty And Authentication Certificate

FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

Your Garek Thomann watch is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use or handling of the watch.

For any repair during the warranty period, please fill in the following form. Should the watch require

any kind of servicing, please contact our customer services department.

All repairs or servicing work carried out by third parties not authorised by Garek Thomann will automatically invalidate your warranty; in which case any damage would be rectified at your expense.

STRAP WARRANTY

Our straps are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for three months. They should not be submerged in any liquids including water. Lengthy exposure to sunlight or artificial light can alter the colour. Perspiration or contact with cosmetics may change the material and colour structure.

RECOMMENDATIONS & CARE

The constituent parts of your GT7 are all of the highest quality, and meticulously inspected by our in house service team to a stringent set of guidelines.

To retain these qualities, we recommend a complete service every 3 years, since temperature variations, humidity, perspiration and repeated shocks may affect its water resistance as the years go by. With its water resistant case and rubber strap your GT7 watch can be washed easily. If the watch has a leather, croque or alcantara strap, you are advised to take it off when bathing. Clean it regularly in lukewarm soapy water, rinsing and wiping down carefully with a soft cloth.
